Group Mat (50 minutes)
Group mat sessions are flowing mat workouts. Sessions are offered in four week series, one session a week. Two to four participants per mat session. Please call Pilates Influence for class schedule. |

Boot Camp (1 hour per session)
Boot Camp is a circuit type class alternating cardio conditioning with core strength, muscle power and balance exercise stations. Sessions are for four weeks. 3 person minimum.
