Duet Session (55 minutes)
A Duet session is when 2 people share a Pilates session. The workout is customized for both sharing the session.

Group Mat (50 minutes)
Group mat sessions are flowing mat workouts. Sessions are offered in four week series, one session a week. Two to four participants per mat session. Please call Pilates Influence for class schedule.

Boot Camp (1 hour per session)
Boot Camp is a circuit type class alternating cardio conditioning with core strength, muscle power and balance exercise stations. Sessions are for four weeks.  First session begins on Monday, June 29, 2009.

Monday - 6AM, 7PM
Wednesday - 6AM, 11:30AM, 6PM
Thursday - 7PM
